Magnetic resonance imaging of the cirrhotic liver: An update

There is a prominent left hepatic nodule, which demonstrates minimally increased intrinsic T1 signal on the in-phase images (arrowhead, A) and low signal intensity on the opposed-phase (B) and pre-contrast images (C), indicating the presence of fat.
