Pruritus was assessed separately in the morning and evening using a numerical rating scale ranging from 0 (‘no itch’) to 10 (‘worst imaginable itch’), where the patient assessed their mean pruritus level. NRS: Numerical rating scale; PP: Plasmapheresis.
