Ying-tang Gao, Ph.D. Senior Research Fellow, Vice director of the Laboratory; Tianjin Key Laboratory of Extracorporeal Life Support for Critical Diseases, Institute of Hepatobiliary Disease, Nankai University Affiliated Third Center Hospital. My main research interest is to study on cellular and molecular biology of hepatobiliary diseases. Being a main researcher and administrator, I participated in construction of Tianjin Key Laboratory of Extracorporeal Life Support for Critical Diseases and Tianjin Institute of Hepatobiliary Disease. I led or participated country and provincial level project about 20 items, including 7 items of Principle Investigator. I awarded 25 scientific research achievements and 10 rewards of provincial or bureau level. I held National Continuing Education and trained more than 400 people. I directed about 60 Master or Doctor. Published 77 papers, including 15 as first author or corresponding author, citations: 1468 h-index: 23. Member of the Society of Cancer Nano-Medicine of CACA; Member of Clinical Data and Biobank Committee of CRHA; Member of ISEV (Senior Membership). Approximately reviewed over 60 manuscripts. Mainly engaged in the basic and clinical application research of cell and molecular biology of hepatobiliary diseases and cardiovascular diseases, focusing on the screening and clinical diagnosis of specific molecular markers of liver cancer, early warning and prognosis evaluation, and biological immunotherapy. Proficient in molecular and cellular biology experimental techniques; Establishing and managing key laboratories; Guide graduate students. Hiking and outings.
