Professor Dr. Eman Abu-Shady is a professor of medical microbiology especially medical virology, Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University Cairo- Egypt. Also she works as professor of medical microbiology at Faculty of Nurses Al-Azhar Specialized Hospital, Cairo- Egypt. Former she was a professor of medical microbiology Northern Border University - Arar- KSA. She had an extensive experience in teaching medical microbiology especially medical virology courses for both under and post graduate students. She had also an experience in research field either by doing researches, planning and directing projects or supervising post graduate students MD or MSC thesis. Planning and directing training courses on tissue culture and its application in virus isolation, titration, neutralization and rapid diagnosis. Her research field’s interest is medical viruses’ detection, genotyping, vaccine or antiviral drugs evaluation molecular diagnosis and mutants’ detection.
