Biography Jin-Luan Li, MD, PhD Associate Chief Physician Department of Radiation Oncology, Fujian Medical University Cancer Hospital, Fujian Cancer Hospital, Fujian Province, China Dr. Jinluan Li is an Associate Chief Physician with the Department of Radiation Oncology, Xiamen Cancer Center, The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Uninversity in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Dr. Li received a B.S. degree in Clinical Medicine from Fujian Medical University, and MD/PhD degrees in Radiation Oncology from Peking University. He conducted one-year postdoctoral research at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Li is a distinguished radiation oncologist and his concentration is gastrointestinal cancer (including hepatocellular carcinoma). He is an advocate of multidisciplinary cancer management. Dr. Li has a successful history of clinical research, education, and editorial work. He has been participating in multiple grant funded research projects. Currently, He is the principal investigator of projects including “Gut microbiota influences the radiosensitivity of rectal cancer through IL-12,” “The prognostic value of circulating tumor cells on rectal cancer with neoadjuvant radiotherapy and the relative mechanism,” and “PHD3 regulates the radiosensitivity of pancreatic cancer through EGFR signaling.” Dr. Li has authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed scholarly journals. He is a Corresponding Editor for the Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection, and is an Editor for the International Journal of Medical Physics, Clinical Engineering and Radiation Oncology. Dr. Li is actively participating in radiation oncology clinical practice, radiation therapy clinical trials, radiobiology research, and radiation oncology community services.
