The concentrations of PGE₂ (ng/well) in culture medium of QBC939 cells treated with 1% CCC bile (A), 1% normal bile (B) or 1% PBS (C) with or without 20 µM celecoxib (+CE) for 24 h were quantitated by ELISA. Data were expressed as x±s, b vs C, d vs B.
