¹If capsule excreted early, remaining regimen discontinued immediately;

²If bowel preparation judged as complete by checking the color of evacuation, 4th step skipped and subjects permitted to ingest colon capsule. In cases of inadequate preparation, additional PEG-ELS permitted in both groups;

³In the case of capsule still present in stomach, subject received 5 mg of mosapride as prokinetic agent (maximum dosage, 15 mg).
