In the left side column of page 12667[1], “Department of Infectious, Respiratory, and Digestive Medicine, University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa 903-0215, Japan” should be “Department of Infectious, Respiratory, and Digestive Medicine, Graduate School of Medicine, University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa 903-0215, Japan”.
