Of the 711 consecutive lesions in 602 patients, 565 lesions in 463 patients were enrolled for the analysis. Of the 565 lesions, 440 in 346 patients were resected via hot snare polypectomy (HSP); 125 in 117 patients were resected via endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). After propensity score matching, 117 lesions in the HSP group and 117 lesions in the EMR group were selected. HSP: Hot snare polypectomy; EMR: Endoscopic mucosal resection.
