The area under the receiver operating characteristic curves was 0.744 (95%CI: 0.615-0.873), and the best cut-off point of the organ failure score was 2.9 (sensitivity 22.7%, specificity 99.1%, positive predictive value 86.2%, negative predictive value 83.3%).
