A: Among 270 patients, the median overall survival was 25 mo (95%CI: 21.8-28.2); B: According to baseline serum sodium (105 patients with serum sodium < 138 mEq/L and 163 patients with serum sodium ≥ 138 mEq/L): median overall survival was respectively 19 mo (95%CI: 15.4-22.1) and 26 mo (95%CI: 21.8-30.2); hazard ratio for death in the serum sodium < 138 mEq/L group 1.65 (95%CI: 1.25-2.18).
