A: Human papillomavirus (HPV)-16 E6 DNA standard calibration curve was generated automatically by plotting Ct values against the logarithm of the copy numbers of eightfold serially diluted of HPV-16 cloned in pUC19 plasmid; B: A seven fold dilution series of a human DNA control (Dynal UK) was used to generate the standard curve for β-globin.
