Figure 1 Effect of stromal cell-derived factor-1 on proliferation of gastric cancer cells. Gastric cancer cells were grown in serum-free medium with or without the indicated doses of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1). SDF-1 significantly increased the number of SGC-7901 and MGC-803 cells. Maximum effect was observed with 10 nmol/L SDF-1 (^aP < 0.05).
