Hepatitis A vaccine associated with autoimmune hepatitis

Figure 1 Graph showing AST vs time. After resolution of the initial transaminitis there was a marked deterioration (AST > 1600 U/L) soon after vaccination against hepatitis A virus. AST remained elevated three months after this episode, and only normalized after introduction of corticosteroid.
