Abundant IgG4-positive plasma cells were detected in the cancerous lesion of the pancreas (A) but only a few IgG4-positive plasma cells were seen in the noncancerous areas of the pancreas (B). Infiltration of abundant IgG4-positive plasma cells was detected in regional lymph node (C) and the duodenal mucosa (D).
