Reactivity is expressed as relative index defined as the ratio of absorbance (A) of a given mutant to the absorbance obtained for 1.25 ng/mL of the standard adw HBs antigen. The horizontal line represents the results obtained for pRK5 plasmid without insert used as the negative control.
