Figure 1 Schema shows our method briefly.
A: The sliding tube was fully inserted into the descending colon incidentally; B: we reinserted the colonoscope through the migrating tube and made a slight angle; C: finally, we could remove the tube along with the scope by holding the angle of the scope.
Figure 2 Abdominal X-ray shows that the oral edge of the stiffening tube reaches near the splenic flexure.
We reinserted the endoscope through the tube.
Figure 3 We made a slight angle of the scope over the oral end of the stiffening tube and removed the scope gently.
