Dr. Ma is a Distinguished Professor in the School of Medicine, Fudan University, China. Having received his MD degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2010, Dr. Ma undertook his postgraduate training at the Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University and has been an resident doctor in the Hepatobiliary Division. He obtained his PhD degree in 2015 in Shanghai Jiaotong University. He was promoted to Associate Professor in the School of Medicine, Fudan University in 2020. He is a reviewer of several scientific journals, and has published more than 20 peer-reviewed articles. His ongoing research interests are gastric cancer, cancer metabolism and noncoding RNAs.
