Dr. Naohisa Yoshida is Assistant Professor at the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine and a member of the Department of Molecular Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He received his medical degree from the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Kyoto, Japan and completed his Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at the same university. He also received PhD from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Graduate School of Medical Science. Dr. Naohisa Yoshida is one of the leading research experts in the role of image-enhanced endoscopy including narrow band imaging (NBI), blue laser imaging (BLI), and linked color imaging for polyp detection and characterization. And he is also an expert of endoscopic therapy including endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) to colorectal tumors and chemotherapy to advanced colorectal cancer. He has performed lots of international live seminars and lectures.
