My name is Ken Sato and I am a professor, MD and PhD, and the director of a clinic affiliated with a medical university. The name of the university is Takasaki University of Health and Welfare, located in Gunma prefecture in central Japan. I have contributed fully to academic progress through clinical trials and PMDA research in viral hepatitis including hepatitis C, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, liver cancer, and drug-induced liver injury. The number of articles you have published as first author or corresponding author in important academic journals is more than 100. The number of international academic conference speeches is more than 40. I am a member of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology, the Japanese Society of Hepatology, Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society, Japanese Society of Medical Education, and the Biometric Society of Japan. I have done peer reviews for over 30 manuscripts. I have few editorials. My goal is to advance medical care as much as possible, especially in the field of hepatology, which has been my specialty, and I hope to make a lifelong contribution to this field. Communication skills: I am proficient in English and can communicate with foreigners as well as Japanese. Interpersonal skills: I have good interpersonal relationships with medical professionals. Leadership skills: I have led the leading position of the Gunma Liver Study Group in Gunma Prefecture in Japan. Mentoring skills: I've mentored and graduated over 10 graduate students. Management skills: I am currently a university professor and manage an affiliated clinic. Problem-solving skills: I have been actively involved in issues such as medical safety and medical accidents at his former workplace. My hobby is movie viewing, learning English, and orchestral appreciation.
