Chang-Gue Son graduated Oriental Medical Collage of Daejeon University, South Korea. He had finished a clinical training course for internal medicine specialist in Daejeon Oriental Hospital, and obtained his PhD degree in Daejeon University. He had started his researches from his careers as a visiting scientist at histopathology laboratory of Chung-Buk National University, Korea since 1999, and studies in oncology branch, National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, United States as a post-doctoral fellow from 2002 to 2004. Currently he is a professor at Oriental Medicine College, a director of Institute of Traditional Medicine & Science, a director of Liver-Immunology Research Center, Daejeon University. He has focused his research on a broad range of Traditional Oriental medicine in both laboratory and clinical studies.
