An FMT safety evaluation system is established based on germ-free normal and immunodeficient animals. The causal mechanism for the efficacy of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is verified based on germ-free disease animal models, to clarify the effectiveness of FMT, and multiomics technology is used to screen the effective bacteria of FMT, and to improve the standardization of FMT.
