A: A 19-mo-old child had cyanosis and purpling accompanied with multiple blisters at the right medial malleolus from infusion of potassium chloride + concentrated sodium chloride. In addition, swelling of the distal two-thirds of the right leg and dorsum pedis, as well as cyanosis at the dorsum pedis and toes, were found; B: Results at 17 mo after treatment.
