A: Grayscale ultrasound image revealing a non-ductal non-mass-like lesion pattern without microcalcification. The original Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) category is 4a; B: On contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, the lesion exhibited synchronous enhancement without scope expansion. According to our readjusted BI-RADS method, the BI-RADS category of this lesion was reduced to three categories. The final pathology was adenosis.
