Paraplegia from spinal intramedullary tuberculosis: A case report

Figure 2 Pathological examination. Under the microscope, caseous necrosis was observed in the center of the focus, surrounded by a few epithelioid cells and incomplete multinucleated giant cells. Meanwhile, more neutrophils, lymphocytes and plasma cells were observed forming granulation tissue.
