A: The pathological findings of the right lung lesion showed the infiltration of numerous plasma cells under the microscope, the nuclei were in different sizes, and the nucleoli were large and often offset (Hematine-eosin staining, × 40); B: Immunohistochemistry suggested that the right lung tumour cells were positive for CD138, which was specific to plasmacytomas; C: The right lung tumour cells were positive for CD38 on immunohistochemistry staining.
