A total of 50 Gy of intensity modulated radiation therapy was delivered in doses of 2.0 Gy/d. Concomitant chemotherapy comprised two courses of oral tegafur/gimeracil/oteracil (65 mg/m2) for three consecutive weeks followed by two weeks of rest. S-1: Tegafur/gimeracil/oteracil.
