A: Rarefaction curve of two groups. The abscissa was the number of sequencing samples taken at random, the ordinate was the number of species corresponding to the number of samples sequenced. The different samples were marked with different colors; B: Rank abundance curve of two groups. The abscissa was the ordinal number sorted by the abundance of operational taxonomic units, the ordinate was the relative abundance of the operational taxonomic units in the corresponding sample. The different samples were marked with different colors.
