Abdominal discomfort was a state of tolerable uneasiness without pain; Abdominal pain involved a state of colic; Vomition was a state of uncontrolled expulsion of gastric contents; Intolerance was a state wherein subjects experienced a mix of side effects and were unable to tolerate.
