A: HE staining of biopsied tissue (original magnification × 200); B: Green fluorescence was observed in the cytoplasm of fundic glandular cells in the deep mucosa (non-HE staining; original magnification × 200). Although it was noted at only a few sites, green fluorescence was also observed in the glandular crypt lumens and lamina propria.
