Diagnostic opinion: Electrophysiological findings of multiple peripheral neuropathies involving axonal damage to the motor and sensory nerves of the upper and lower extremities. Bilateral median nerves were damaged at the wrist, and the electrophysiological manifestations of bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome were mild. L: Left; R: Right.
