Extrusion of the anterior teeth can be applied in low-angle open bite cases. After treatment, the patient’s facial profile improved significantly, and his chin appeared less prominent. A: Intruding posterior teeth will result in mandible counterclockwise rotation (mandibular plane angle reduced); B: Extruding the anterior teeth; C: Lateral profile change.
