Diagnostic value of upper gastrointestinal imaging for duodenal webbing in adults: A case report

Below this narrowing, a sac-like intraluminal protrusion (indicated by the orange arrow) is visible, filled with contrast agent, with clear boundaries and a distinct separation between the sac and the surrounding normal intestinal mucosa. A circular lucent line is observable. The sac-like protrusion exhibits contractility and motility, presenting a typical "windsock" sign (most evident in C).
