A: It Shows a circular thickening of the duodenal wall in a mass-like soft tissue density on plain scan; B and C: Demonstrate circular thickening and uniform enhancement of the duodenal wall during the enhanced arterial phase, with an enhancement level slightly approaching pancreatic density, which can be easily misdiagnosed as annular pancreas. Upon closer inspection, a double-lumen shadow can be observed; D, E, and F: They decreased enhancement in the delayed phase, with the lesion appearing as isodense or slightly hypodense.
