The mucosa within this region exhibits a cyst; B: On the diffusion weighted imaging image, no obvious hyperintensity is evident in the endometrium, while the endocervical stroma appears hypointense (arrow); C: On the enhanced image, the endometrium does not exhibit uniform enhancement, with a distinct demarcation from the muscle layer (arrow).
