A-D: Single-balloon enteroscopy revealed large polyps with large coarse pedicles (about 2 cm × 2 cm at the tip) and erosion and swelling at the tip; E-H: Two nylon rings were placed at the root of the polyp and the head of the polyp turned purple-blue.
