Vomiting more stomach contents. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan (the patient refused to undergo enhanced CT) revealed a 9 cm × 8 cm × 8 cm mass in the anterior duodenum (indicated by the red arrow), leading to duodenal obstruction. Local recurrence of the tumor is suspected.
