Intracranial infection accompanied sweet’s syndrome in a patient with anti-interferon-γ autoantibodies: A case report

Multiple focal necrosis were observed in the dermis, accompanied by further infiltration of lymphocytes and neutrophils. No epithelioid cells and caseous necrosis were observed. The observation was consistent with that of skin infection.
