Efficacy of abatacept treatment in a patient with enteropathy carrying a variant of unsignificance in CTLA4 gene: A case report

The mucosa in the bulbous and 2^nd part of the duodenum was edematous and nodular; B: After performing a colonoscopy, we found that the severity was variable, the mucosa in all colon segments, including the rectum, was edematous and hyperemic, the vascular structure was lost, it was sensitive to the touch, and erosion and ulceration had occurred in places. The ulcers were millimeter in size, superficial and covered with exudate.
