A: Fundoscopy revealed an irregular scar-like lesion in the macular of the right eye; B: Autofluorescence found a heterogeneous dark signal in the macular of the right eye; C: Fluorescein angiography revealed strong fluorescence leakage around the right eye macular; D: Optical coherence tomography (OCT) revealed a deficiency in the center of the fovea; E: OCT showed retinal pigment epithelium layer breakdown and macular thinning.
