Figure 3 Autoimmune pancreatitis was further improved after five month steroid therapy. A and B: Computed tomography and esophagogastroduodenoscopy showed the improvement of swelling pancreas, obstructed splenic vein, splenomegaly (A) and gastric varices with negative red-color sign (B).
