Scoring system assigns a score for steatosis (0-3), lobular inflammation (0-3) and hepatocyte ballooning (0-2) and sum of the scores is correlated with a score of greater than or equal to five as “definite NASH” and a score of less than or equal to three as “not NASH”[66].
