Diagnostic algorithm suggested to differentiate between autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) of drug-induced liver injury (DILI). Following the suspension of the steroid, a long-term follow-up is recommended (6 mo to 3 year) so as not to lose a late relapse of autoimmune hepatitis.
