¹Cells were cultured in complete medium and then treated with different concentrations of litchi seed extract at 37 °C for 24 h. Cells were trypsinized and the viable cells were counted using a hemocytometer under a microscope. The viability was calculated and the concentration with 50% viability was defined as the IC₅₀.
