Axial CECT sections (B and C) reveal multiple, enlarged, homogenous lymph nodes in the region of the thymus (arrow in B and C) and paratracheal location (arrowhead in C). Note mild compression of SVC by this anterior mediastinal nodal mass (asterisk in B).
