A: Earlier lesions can present as erythematous papules and annular plaques with scaling; B: This patient had more chronic lesions involving her cheek, nose, chin and conchal bowl with significant dyspigmentation; C: Widespread symmetric involvement can be seen in generalized discoid lupus.
