A: The expression levels of ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and DNA dependent protein kinase (DNA-PKcs) in transfected and control TE-1R cells. The mRNA levels were determined using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. The protein levels were determined using Western blot. The experiments were performed in triplicate.
