Hypoosmolality (plasma osmolality < 275 mOsm/kg)

Inappropriately high urine osmolality ( > 500 mOsm/kg)

Inappropriately high urinary sodium concentration ( > 20 mEq/L)

Absence of hypothyroidism

Absence of adrenal insufficiency

Absence of volume depletion
