A: Development cohort in predicting 90-d mortality in patients with stage IV gastric cancer (GC) undergoing jejunostomy; B: Validation cohort in predicting 90-d mortality in patients with stage IV GC undergoing jejunostomy. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) was 71.2% in the development group, with an estimated value of 65.5 for optimal cutoff. In the validation cohort the AUC was 75.6%, demonstrating a good diagnostic accuracy for 90-d mortality. AUC: Area under the receiver operating characteristic curve.
