K^trans is a measurement in dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging to determine tissue perfusion and permeability. After 1 cycle of treatment, K^trans in the patient with PR demonstrated decrease from baseline (Table 3) in the tumor, while K^trans in the liver remained stable during the 2 time period.
